Most shingle roofs are completed in one to three working days, and metal roofs in two to five. Roof size, pitch, complexity, decking repairs, and weather are what move that window.
Do you offer warranties?
Yes — on both materials and workmanship. We provide the terms in writing before work begins, and installing to manufacturer spec is what keeps the material warranty valid.
Can you repair a leak instead of replacing the roof?
Often, yes. If the roof is otherwise sound and the damage is localized, a targeted repair is the right call. We will tell you honestly when a repair only postpones a replacement.
Do you help with insurance claims?
Yes. We document damage with dated photos and a written condition report, and we can meet your adjuster at the property to walk the roof together.
What does an inspection cost?
Nothing. Every inspection and written estimate is free, and you keep the photo documentation whether or not you hire us.
